Thanksgiving
We had a blast this year. Our cousins from San Jose decided to join us. It is always nice to see them.
We used last year's recipes and didn't realize we didn't make stuffing until the next day! But it all turned out well; there was plenty of food to go around and nobody missed the stuffing.
Here is the picture of the chef carving the turkey.
Children enjoyed their meal.
Pictures of adults enjoying the food.
RugratMom stuck her tongue out to encourage Rugrat to try a piece of turkey.
The turkey next day a la Chinese style.
How many ways can you eat leftover turkey?

Quick Kiss
The picture is a bit blurry. Kids move fast; it is hard to capture the moment on camera.

My First Pics
Three weeks ago we let Monkey use our first digital camera. She took a photo of her mom on the first try. No instructions other than, "Press here."
Very dark, so we turned on the flash.
After a few more tips, she finally took this:
Pretty good, no? We thought about getting her a camera so she can take pictures of whatever interests her. That way we can get to know her a little better. But she is still young, so maybe we should wait until she won't lose things. When is that? 40??
